Sampah sayuran merupakan jenis sampah organik biodegradable yang dapat ditemukan di setiap lokasi Indonesia. Selain itu, timbunan juga mendominasi makanan. Pemanfaatan lebih lanjut salah satunya menggunakan pemulihan energi. Pemulihan energi dilakukan dengan biodrying tergantung waktu dan bioaktivator. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aktivator pada proses sayuran. Penelitian seberat 0,5 kg laju alir udara 15 liter/menit, suhu berada rentang 28,4-34,1°C. Biodaktivator digunakan dalam penelitian ragi roti, tempe, tape. Penurunan massa maksimum terjadi penambahan Hasil uji multivariate menunjukkan adanya bioaktivator perubahan nilai kadar air kalor.
